- Having experience in reviewing various contracts and agreements (COMPULSORY)
- Assisting in researching and providing legal opinion on requested matters
- Liaising with the state agency and other department to complete assigned task.
- Detecting and advising on position risks to the operation of the company.
- Updating relevant changes in legal systems and analyzing the influence of such changes.
- Other assigned tasks relating to law/ legal
Yêu cầu công việc
- Male/ Female graduating University. Major in Law/ Legal. Completed Lawyer training course/Lawyer Card is an advantage.
- Good communication of English. Korean is advantage.
- At least 5 years experiences in in-house legal staff is an advantage.
- Able to work independently and in collaboration with the other department.
- Good command off M.S Office (Word, Power Point).
