- Implementing effective marketing plans to achieve sales and marketing objectives for the assigned brands within the agreed A&P budget.
- Actively generate valuable feedback to ensure building market share and brand awareness.
- To work closely with the Sales and/or Food Service team on brands for effective implementations of promotional programs and creative campaign’s.
- To meet and satisfy sales demand for stocks as optimum level by planning and forecasting monthly and yearly sales budget and ensuring smooth supply and delivery from Principals or external suppliers.
- Prepare information for BM report (Sales, spend, stock,…).
- Other tasks are given by Brand Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- University graduate in Marketing or Economics.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Marketing/Brand with similar position, preferably within the FMCG industry or event company.
- Has good foundations and understanding in branding and product management.
- Dynamic and capability in multi-tasking.
- Pro-active, adaptive, and good follow-through.
- Positive attitude, result oriented, resourceful, innovative.
- Be able to travel and work with minimum supervision as well as a team player.
- Knowledge in sales and trade marketing would be an advantage.
- Good command of English in writing & speaking (Prefer).
- Proficient with Excel, Words & PowerPoint.
