Department: Office Management
Reports to: Senior Manager
* Main Responsibility:
- Consolidate and verify Company taxi, phone, electricity bills and process payment to suppliers
- Provide logistic support for all business trips of GVL employees and visitors
• Arrange all business trips for GVL employees and visitors upon verifying travel request approvals (including air ticket, hotel, visa, transportation, etc), and process payments for vendors.
• Coordinate with Procurement to manage vendors and monitor their services, ensuring they provide good, competitive, transparent and consistent services for the company
• Arrange accommodation, visa and other logistics for visitors. Coordinate with relevant departments/functions to come up with visitor agenda.
Yêu cầu công việc
* Education/knowledge:
• University degree, preferably major in English or administration related
* Experience:
• At least 1 year experience in administrative work experience under English environment
* Skills:
• Good command of English both written and spoken
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Services oriented
• Good organizing and planning skills
• Resourceful, result oriented, flexible
