Mô tả công việc

- Answering all coming calls and transferring to relevant person
- Booking and preparing meeting room, air ticket as required
- Send file "collect over budget from staffs" to HR and Finance Dept on 23th every month.
- Send email "Happy birthday" to staffs every month.
- Advance/payment/settle adv of express services (EMS, Alpha, TTC, office rental/ electrical – ACURATA, Hand phone and 3G of Mobifone, Vinafone, Viettel) => Ms Lang làm rồi
- Advance/Settle advance/ Request of GD's car (maintenance, gasoline, toll fee…).
- Purchase assets code
- Manage and Payment petty cash.
- Weekly/Monthly report sends to Finance Dept.
- Printing business card, letter head, envelope, staff cards- request, order & payment.
- Request to purchase or maintenance office equipment
- Register parking card for new comer
- Purchase, distribution & control of workwear for the entire company (shoes, shirts, hats ...)
- Organize staff health check, outing, year end party…
- Others task assigned by Manager
