1. Human Resources:
- Assist the HR team with recruitment activities: publishing and removing job ads, resume screenings, scheduling interviews, and correspondence with potential candidates
- Prepare offer letter, labor contract, pay-slip
- Update internal databases with new hire information, employee portfolio
- Support register for Work Permit, Residence card, Driver License for foreigner
- Gather payroll data like bank account and working days
- Prepare reports on HR-related metrics like total number hires…
- Develop training and onboarding mater
- Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
- Respond to employee’s questions about benefits (for examples: number of vacation days they are eligible for…)
2. Admin Support:
- Take care office in good & clean order: acting as a point of contact for cleaning & maintainance issues
- Directing and answering phone calls
- Scheduling and organizing appointments and meetings
- Booking and reserving travel arrangement: prepare all required documents for processing travel claims including travel advances, business expenses, meal allowances, clients entertainment expenses…
- Control stock level of office supplies, place orders
- Reconciling and submitting expense reports
- Offering visitors an amount of general support
- Coordinate with IT on all office equipment
- Organize company trip, internal in-house or off-site events (Xmas, Year-end, bithday, celebration…)

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Education and Experience
- General Education Degree in office administration or relevant field is preferred
- Must be able to speak English
- 2 years of working experience in related field
- Great proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management software
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proactive and supportive to other staff.

- Very strong planning and organizational skills
- Must have excellent attention to details
- Advanced problem-solving skills and excellent ability to prioritize work
