1. Responsible for organizing all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the business operation
2. Work with services agents to arrange seminar, hotel booking; making visa, trips for staffs & partners
3. Follow up & maintaining supplies of promotion marterial, office equipments, stationery & other office supplies
4. Verify office expenditure receipts, classify and making payment form
5. Assist the direct manager in prepare the documentation and perform adhoc duties that may assign from time to time
* HR compliance
• Keep track of employee holidays and sick leave records
• Follow up and record employee movement
• Co-ordinate to support colleagues in insurance compenastion
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Age between 25 - 35 years and at least 2 - 3 years relevant working experience in rep office preferable
2. Nice behavior, good communication and responsible person
3. Able to work under high pressure environment and good planning
4. Ability to pay close attention to details and provide accurate documentation
5. Must be able to read and write English. Verbal communication in English language is desired.
6. Must be able to use a computer to make daily, weekly, and monthly reports by Words, Excel, Power Point
