What will you be doing:
• Manage full cycle from onboarding to offboarding process.
• Maintain and regularly update the database of the People team by trackers and automation tools.
• Assist with the development and execution of the People Engagement strategies and policy operation plans.
• Support People Manager with review, develop, implement operational policies and procedures.
• Take part in the Employee engagement & benefit activities to own event operations (e.g. town hall, team bonding, health checkup arrangement, and other extra activities) that helps bring all of us together to bond.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

We would love to get you know if you have the following:
• 1-2 years of working experience in People/HR field (practical involvement in new hire onboarding, C&B, L&D is a plus)
• Detail-oriented, fast-paced, reliable, proactive and constantly evolving and collaborative environment.
• Self-starter and eager to learn.
• Positive attitude and self-motivation.
• Structured problem-solving and communication skills.
• 100% execution-minded, good time management skills.
• High sense of urgency, resiliently adapt to arising situations.
• Ability to speak and write excellently in English, as the role requires the incumbent to interact and communicate with English-speaking colleagues.
