Implement & manage HR strategies, employee relations, recruitment and selection process, development, engagement, motivation, tactics, performance appraisal system, maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Manage in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Make monthly / periodically internal payroll report / costing report, SHUI, PIT report and other statutory reports for relevant authorities
- Working closely with Finance in annual Budget and re-forecast on the cost and headcount movement
- Participating in mid-year and year-end performance evaluation with other department heads to challenge the merit of employee’s progression or promotion.
- Ensure proper execution of C&B related processes and procedures such as payroll, employment termination, staff appointment, promotion and transfer etc.
- Managing and updating company policy, staff handbook
- Analyzing HR costs and Headcount movement against prior year data, budget data, and reforecast data
- Administer compensation and benefit plans
- Build and revise development and implementation of human resource policies, procedures.
- Undertake tasks around performance management
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Conduct employee onboarding and organize training & development initiatives
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Work permit, temporary residence, Business visa … etc
- Performance management và KPI management

Yêu cầu công việc
- Come from MNC is prefferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Experience of recruitment process and select to right person
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Desire to work as a team with results driven approach
- Additional HR training will be a plus
