* Reception
- Welcome and greeting clients / guests.
- Inform security in/out guests
- Handle telephone switchboard. Take and relay messages.
- Maintain fax machines, retrieve and route incoming fax; consolidate and reports on outgoing fax.
- Perform other clerical duties such as filling, photocopying, scan, etc.
* Administration
- Book meeting rooms, organizing and distributing mail
- Receiving and sending courier packages.
- Arrange delivery documents or sample if any
- Coordinate for taxi card issuance
- Buy and distribute phone cards for staff if needed
- Control office supplies, stationery, printing ink and forms.
- Manage stationery stock
- Arrange accommodation/ tickets for staff/ stakeholders/ suppliers
- Manage travelling fee for staff
- Translate documents as required
- In charge of payments for courier
Yêu cầu công việc
- Diploma in Office Administration
- 1 year experience in related position
- Good in written and verbal communication skills (Vietnamese & English).
- Young, active and eager to learn.
- Enthusiastic, pleasant
- Well-organized
