RECRUITMENT (85%)
- Understanding the recruitment needs of departments in the Company
- Planning and implementing effective recruitment solutions
- Actively looking for candidate in various channels: referral, social networking, etc.
- Managing recruitment process: post job, screen resumes, schedule interviews, input database, evaluate candidates, generate offer letter.
- Managing canditates data base, writing analysis report on recruitment for the administration needs
HR GENERAL (15%)
- Supporting in company activities (team building, year end party..)
- Other HR activities as superior's request.
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Vietnamese. Prefer: Male. Age: under 32.
2. Bachelor degree in Human Resource/ Business Administrative/ Law/English is preferable
3. At least 3 years exeperience in Recruitment & Selection, prefer in technical field.
4. Active, dynamic under high working pressure, able to work independently
5. Good communication & negotiation skill
6. Good in English (both oral and writing) is preferable
7. Good office application (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
