Recruitment Sourcing Specialist

As a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist, you will recommend and execute sourcing strategies with a focus on active/passive talent. The ultimate goal is to build a strong talent pipeline that will address not only current but also the future hiring needs of SCB Bank:

Responsibilities

• Participate in recruitment planning and sourcing potential candidate.
• Manage and follow up sourcing channel to support TA identify effective recruitment sources.
• Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires of the whole bank with EB team on online/ offline channel.
• Evaluate candidate sources and take part in the recruitment process to qualify candidates based upon culture, skill & motivational fit.
• Propose and implement initiatives to increase the effective of the candidate talent pool.
• Identify talent pipeline for future and plan sourcing, attracting young talents.
• Build strong connections with universities/ student organizations and execute activities (event, roadshow) to create young talents future resource and lead internship program.
• Share similar duties with the recruitment team.
• Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
