BASIC FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB
- Responsible for the full cycle of the recruitment process while optimizing recruitment workflow, ensuring quick hiring turnaround.
- Responsible for hiring strategy creation, building up and maintaining Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, Candidate Relationship Management and Onboarding Strategy
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES, including but not limited to:
- Develop and execute the full aspects of recruiting plans for organization with the full-cycle recruitment activities: Job Analysis, Sourcing, Screening and Selection and Onboarding.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need including Internship Programs, Trainee Programs, etc
- Take initiative in creating and maintaining social media identities & employer branding that promote open roles and foster candidate engagement and interaction.
- Manage, update and modify Job Descriptions. Getting involved in Job Design and Development Activities.
- Assists with the development and administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company.
- Manage employee relation effectively concerning proper counseling and coaching of employee issues.
- Partner with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Investigate, analyze, and make appropriate recommendations regarding complex employee relations issues filed internally; exercise influence appropriately.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree in Business Administration, Law, etc, preferably in HRM.
- 5+ years of recruiting experience. Management experience is a plus.
- Knowledgeable about Vietnam Labor Code
- Skilled at developing and implementing aggressive recruitment plans in support of company goals.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and the ability to comprehend and communicate at multiple levels within and outside the organization.
- Fluent in English (written and speaking) is a plus.
