• Study and master the characteristics, applications, technological enhancement steps, testing methods related to the list of active elements prescribed by CA Prop 65.
• Periodically guide and evaluate the product search results of the Product Search Team; continuously train to improve product search skill and quality.
• Investigate and conduct integrated toxic exposure reports for listed substances as directed and regulated by CA Prop 65.
• Look into and develop the CA Prop 65 application consulting services in production.
• Research and test materials in production, the relationship between materials in production and substances listed in the list of prohibited substances in CA Prop 65.
• Perform other tasks related to the professional in charge.
• The limit of research is not only in CA Prop 65 but also in other laws relating to the sale of consumer products in the US market.
