- Works with customers to ensure smooth ordering, timely delivery and excellent customer service. Support Sales Manager and Directors on international accounts. (15%)
- Manages Vietnam accounts and find new clients, and manage local suppliers. (20%)
- Manages purchase orders (POs), pricing, delivery, shipment, marking, packing and claims. (33%)
- Prepares shipping schedule and provide to manufacturing team and logistics team, and follow-up. (10%)
- Coordinates with manufacturing team to ensure timely production and delivery. (7%)
- Coordinates with logistics team to ensure timely and appropriate shipping/customs/tracking. (5%)
- Monitors quality certification. (5%)
- Address issues with claims, delivery and orders. (2%)
- Helps monitor and build marketing materials. (1%)
Yêu cầu công việc
- Male/Female
- B/A degree in foreign trade, business management or related field
- Fluent English in verbal and writing
- At least 3-4 years working experience in sales, foreign trading and international shipping
- Excellent skill of MS office.
- Good at communication skills in English and Vietnamese
- Confident and attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and flexibly
- Excellent team work skills; organizational skills with ability to deliver a high volume of quality work
- Creative skills and analytical skills
