- Have experience in charge Sales (Planning/vendors control ) in manufactory
- Contact closely other department to get production capacity and promptly feedback customers the delivery order, confirm sales forecast weekly
- P/O receiving, supply and demand adjustments, customer consultation
- Delivery management and shipment requests
- Customer satisfaction survey, analysis, and reporting, customer audit response management
- Customer claims / complaints handling
- Have good knowledge about ERP and process in manufactory

The main job responsibilities (주요요건)
- Weekly sales amount achieve Goals
- Sales management with customer care
- Delivery compliance through Customer Satisfaction
