We are looking to appoint corporate and commercial lawyers (Vietnamese or expat) of 5 years experience to a full-time position in Ho Chi Minh City. You will work with our busy corporate and commercial team, which is dedicated to exceptional service and client-focused. The team provides FDI, M&A and private equity, capital markets, banking and finance, employment and renewable energy legal services. The successful candidate will have experience in commercial and corporate contract drafting, transaction management, providing regulatory advice and in working in teams. The successful candidate must be technically excellent and a motivated self-starter. We offer excellent working conditions with an attractive salary. Yêu cầu công việc
• Demonstrable experience in managing M&A transactions, banking and financing and/or FDI projects;
• Good contract drafting skills;
• Strong English skills;
• Proactive and driven;
• Diligent and attentive to detail;
• Works well with external and internal stakeholders.
