1. Role Summary
- Responsible for the current company’s main US accounts, taking care of exporting requests from customers and overseas agents to US-bound. Have a close follow-up of the container’s status and shipments’ status until its routine is finished. Correct Billing following sales quotation and agent’s agreement.
2. Specific Accountabilities
- Communicate with shippers and oversea agents to receive and protect booking in advance
- Check sailing schedule and availabilities with the carrier
- Have all requests timely booked and follow up closely all deadline submission, payment deadline to avoid any penalty from carriers.
- Good knowledge of AMS / ACI / ISF filling for US/CA route, understand the importance of timely submission, correction, amendment of US manifest pre-filing.
- Closely tracking shipment status of both LCL/FCL to assure customers are well informed of any changes
- Confirm and Check selling rates availability through Quote Assist or with the relevant Salesperson
- Ensure Billing is accurate and no error
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Required Skills
- Computer skills with Microsoft Office software
- Able to communicate in English: reading/writing/speaking
- Diligent, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure
- Experience in US route is a request
2. Experience and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in similar positions
- Graduated from College or university major in Logistics or Foreign Trading
