• Responsible to provide administrative support for the Human Resource Management Team including: preparation of contracts, social/medical insurance enrollment/claims; employee file maintenance; updating employee details on the intranet; maintaining time-and-attendance records.
• Address basic and routine employee enquiries.
• Administer the company's compensation and benefit in accordance with established policies so that employees receive the appropriate compensation and benefits for their positions on time.
• Update the payroll data to meet with changing Labor Laws
• Under limited supervision, process the Company’s payroll accurately and on time. Activities may include; accounting; distributing and preparing payments, benefits, taxes, and payroll deductions; calculating bonuses; maintaining payroll records. Resolve enquiries from employees.
• Annual leaves of employees are managed and recorded correctly and timely.
• Develop and maintain a personnel filing system and staff database in both soft and hard copies to ensure the availability and confidentiality.
• Ensure the health and accidental insurance of all employees to be bought on time and correctly.
• Ensure all payments to insurance broker to be paid correctly after making the reconciliation during the year.
• Ensure PIT, social, health and unemployment insurances (SHUI) of all employees to be declared correctly in accordance with the updated laws.
• Ensure SHUI to be reconciled with Local authorities on a quarterly basis
• Ensure the correct consolidation of annual operation budget for the whole Group, oversight of costs and expenditures for costs relating to HR.
• Other tasks as assigned

Yêu cầu công việc

• Degree qualifications in Labor Economics/ Law/ Business Administration.
• Years of experience: Minimum of 03 years post-graduate work experience in Human Resource Management
• Intermediate time management and organizational skills.
• Depply understanding of Labor Code, Social Insurance Law, Personal Income Tax and employment legislation
• Intermediate written and spoken communication skills including advanced negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Intermediate written and spoken English skills are also required.
