- Identify recruitment channels, select and recommend most cost-effective recruitment channel based on local requirements.
- Organize the recruitment process, short list candidates, conduct the interviews, prepare offer letter and contract for successful candidates, perform new staff’s reference check
- Manage the onboarding process and follow up in order to facilitate integration into the company.
- Create, maintain personnel files, job descriptions, and company organizational charts.
- Delivers and maintains a variety of HR reports.
- Responsible for monthly payroll for assigned area(s) and ensures payments are accurate and on time.
- Responsible for assigned area’s individual income tax, and mandatory benefits.
- Assist HR Manager to update local compensation and benefit policies.
- Assist HR Manager on relocation items.
- Responsible for the exit process for assigned area(s) including conducting exit interviews, severance package analysis and calculations.
- Performs salary budget calculation and data analysis.
- Manages employee relations for assigned area(s).
- Responsible for training and development of employees including conducting training activities when necessary.
- Manages Expats details, such as Work Permit (WP) and Temporary Resident - Card (TRC) application and renewal.
- Support the performance management process.
- Support effectiveness of HR operations.

- Manage costs of HR Department
- Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- University degree with at least 5 years working experience in HR full function experience
- Broad knowledge on Vietnam labor law and regulations, regional HR experience is a plus
- Customer-oriented, approachable and strong interpersonal skills
- Highly independent and self-motivated with strong attention to details
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Proficient in MS Office applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
