Mô tả công việc

A. Training & development (40%)
• Identify training and development needs within the Country in alignment with the Whole training plan of all Business Units;
• Manage and execute the Country training plan and training budget;
• In coordination with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and execute the effective onboarding sessions;
• Act as project manager for L&D events, ensure all requirements are met and the smooth running of courses;
• Select and advise on optimal learning and delivery methods to maximize learning and sustainability of knowledge;
• Deliver and facilitate training where required;
• Develop and provide L&D reports in support of strategy formulation;
• Coordinate and develop suitable systems to provide accreditation for programs;
• Support People Operations Manager to manage the training budget.
B. Performance Management (10%)
• Assist in consolidating the employee data for PMS cycles;
• Deliver training workshop for all employees;
• Build and update tracking system of implementation.
C. Engagement Activities (40%)
• Assist People Operations Manager to create and execute "Best place to work" strategy, nurture company cultures in alignment with company values;
• Design and organize employee events and ensure the activities are well-engaged employees;
• Manage the employee event budgets.
D. Others (10%)
• Assist People Operations Manager to manage employer branding activities;
• Other tasks/different roles assigned depending on company and business needs.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree from accredited Universities;
• Good command of English;
• 3 years of experience in HR general, organization development experience is preferable;
• Good presentation skills, good interpersonal skills, good negotiation skills and strong data analysis;
• Hard working with can-do attitude;
• Adaptability and willing to learn;
• Honesty and confidentiality.
