- Advise, prepare legal registration/ license application process anh provide consultancy for legal issues for Company and its subsidiaries/branch/office/outlet.
- Participate in the negotiation, review & draft all legan documents entered into by the Company (and it subsidiarises)
- Provide research on changes on loval laws and implications, monitor changes of law and regulations, inform changes, and suggest compliance solutions.
- Assist in preparing and submitting licenses/ certificates ans other legan documens.
- Vietnamese - english translation (contracts, official conrrespondence and other documents

- Fluent in English
- At least 3 years expetience in similar role
- Carefullness and well-organization
