• Legal advisory: providing legal advisory services to internal clients ( BOD, Managers, staffs)
• Legal updates: update new legislation that would have impact to our business
• Transaction review: review transactions, contracts, agreements which meet certain level of risk or size or value.
• Litigation/Dispute resolution: litigation/dispute resolution matters.
• To liaise and work with the competent authorities
• Manage document related company legal
• To work, control our company stamp, control our documents which are needed to be stamped
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduates from Law University
- About 03 years of work experience as Legal Officer/equivalent positions
- Work experience with international companies
- Good communication, good presentation skill
- Good English skills
- Excellent computer skills
