Supply Chain Manager

1. Import or export goods to warehouse

2. Develops and manages forecasting process:

• Implement the material plan according to customer demand and market change.
• Supply chain such as customer service, demand supply planning, and transportation & logistics
• Monitor purchasing/warehouse/logistic/transportation departments to meet each requirements of local orders
• Reduce inventory and control the risk objectives of company
• Plan yearly budget of supply chain department to guarantee the budget
• Give the development and training plan for staff to ensure the effective implementation
• Ensure cost control such as: working hour, transportation and storage costs, departmental expenses.

3. Planning Management:

• Control and check supplier qualification and on time delivery/ quality performance
• Ensure the monthly purchase plan according to the customer’s demand and give the suggestion to reduce cost and shorten store.
• Ensure inventory accuracy by complete document / data entry and monthly stock.
• Make the transportation strategy of efficient and cost-effective according to customer demand
• Implement the ship requirement s of sales department, check the whole process of stock / loading / document preparation / data entry so on
• Control the operation and safety of shipping filed
• Oversee the transportation supplier to meet the OTD and quality requirement of customer
• Follow the other temporary orders by MD
