1. Assist to General Director
- Coordinate with teams and departments to implement and accomplish tasks.
- Assist the Director for monitoring, supervising, synthesizing and reporting results to the Director.
- Communicate the Director's information to relevant departments, and receive feedback to the Director.
2. Organize the meeting
- Receive, register the director's schedule work and announce the schedule of the Manager by week / month.
- Preparing the business trip for the the Director.
- Translating, supporting to Director in meeting with foreign’s partner
- Preparing documents and distributing to other members in the meeting.
- Recording the minutes after meeting.
3. Office management
- Welcome customers and partners as requested by the Director
- Producing/ translating letters, documents, articles as requested
- Supporting director in controlling all regulations/ decision to be carried out
- Supporting HR department according to Director’s assignment
- Other tasks as assigned
Yêu cầu công việc
- Female, good - looking. Height from 1.62 meters. Standard voice, no lisp.
- Degree in English literature or relevant majors.
- Proficiency in 4 skills English
- Computer proficiency (word, excel, power point)
- Hard-working, dynamic and high sense of responsibilities
- Able to work under pressure, able to manage multiple tasks and good interpersonal skills
