We are looking for 01 - 02 candidate(s) who is/are qualified for the vacant position(s) of Trademark and Enforcement Attorney, working in our Ho Chi Minh City-based Intellectual Property Office, with major duties engaging in trademark-related advisory services and IP enforcement services.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Draft, file and prosecute trademark applications on behalf of clients;
Conduct the trademark searches, analyzing cases, drafting documents, preparing advice, and reporting to clients;
Respond to enquiries from clients and potential clients in relation to trademark and other IP matters in a timely manner;
Work directly with authorities for all IP enforcement disputes and trainings;
Handle IP infringement cases, including communication with the infringers and the authorities;
Performing market research and checking infringers' activities;
Perform other tasks relevant to or in connection with the foregoing; and
Other tasks as requested by the nature of the position and senior attorneys/partners.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor of Laws (qualified industrial property attorneys or qualified lawyers are preferable);
At least 05 years of working experience in the field of intellectual property (working experience in trademark-related advisory services and enforcement will be preferable);
Fluency in English (listening, speaking, reading & writing) (TOEIC/ IELTS/ TOEFL certifications or equivalent are preferable);
Excellent in communication skills;
Conversant with Microsoft Office, Internet & E-mail;
Able to work independently under pressure, be responsive to clients; and
Be active & self-motivated and work well with colleagues.
