1. Human resource planning and organization - 30%

  • Search, analyze and provide initiatives and solutions to improve human resources.
  • Research and advise to build an organizational structure suitable to the requirements of each development stage.
  • Participate in contributing initiatives to bring high performance to company.
  • Actively assess and analyze the effectiveness of human resources, forecast labor needs and potential risks in the future, thereby providing signals and leading and coordinating with company. Human resources expertise to build and deploy effective solutions.
  • Proposing recruitment, appointment of new personnel / departments in line with modern business trends, increasing the competitiveness of the Company.
  • Controlling the implementation and application of human resources policies, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations of the Law.
  • Implement human resource development strategies, find and retain right talents in different situations.
  • Main responsibility for collaborating with all departments to build, manage, improve and maintain: organization level, salary package, salary ranges, related department budgets, KPI, Sales C&B,…
  • Join all assigned projects and start-up plans related to department and / or busniess development

2. Recruitment – 15%

  • Work with department managers to receive the demand of hiring and requirements
  • Review and approve the Job Advertisements prior to posting. Evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment channels.
  • Develop and supervise the recruitment process to hire the most qualified candidate for the vacancies.

3. Compensation and Benefit – 10%

  • Monitor compensation - ensuring internal equity & compliance and benefits.
  • Asses the Company’s pay structure and support the Director with the Salary Review Process to ensure reasonable market-rate salary to employees.
  • Make sure the compensation and benefits programs are in line with overall estimated Human Resources budget.
  • Proposing measures to promote and encourage employees to work proactively and effectively through salary, bonus and welfare regimes, etc., in accordance with the actual situation with the Company's regulations.

4. Administration – 20%

  • Provide administrative support to other Departments to ensure the smooth running of the Office.
  • Supervise all travel and hotel arrangements for staff and visitors, including visas and work permits as applicable.
  • Organize internal event, activities to enhance the strong relationship.
  • Work with external parties (Government authority, vendor, etc.)

5. Training and Development – 20%

  • Improve the performance of current employees and new hire.
  • Create annual training plan and propose respective budget.
  • Develop and updating HR policies, procedures and employee handbook
  • Keep all HR related regulation, policies, code of conducts, and other materials up to date.

6. Employee relations – 5%

  • Create and maintain positive relationship between Company and employee.
  • Helps prevent and resolve problems or disputes between employees
  • Building a healthy working environment and positive corporate culture
  • Organizing engagements and connection activities in companies.
Yêu cầu công việc
  • University Degree, Major in Human Resources Administration or Management, Law, Business Administration, Industrial Management or in related fields.
  • At least 7 years’ relevant working experience, including 4 years’ management experience (200 headcounts).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience in building policy, process, organization, packages, job grades, business partner, sales C&B, total rewards and/or business human resource strategies is a plus.
  • Leadership skill, consulting skills, communication skills, problem-solving skill, decision making skills, good team management skills.
  • Personal attitude and capabilities: grow others, inspirations, good analysis, logical thinking, interpersonal, strategic vision. Positive, proactive, enthusiastic, creative, embrace challenges and performs under pressure.
