Position Summary:
- Primary accountability for achieving brand sales and marketing communication targets. Works closely with CEO to set goals, develop, and implement plans for all marketing, events, and public relations activities to ensure overall brands’ objectives are achieved.
- To develop, plan and execute all ecommerce activities and digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
- To run an online shop and ecommerce platform by carrying out online marketing plans and daily operation to boost site traffic and generate sales.
- Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital/non-digital marketing campaigns
Responsibilities:
- Ensures customer growth, manages marketing operation effectiveness, improve business processes and the management of brand’s marketing, events, and public relations activities
Marketing activities management:
- Develop and ensures consistent interpretation of brand global guidelines, objectives and strategies.
- Work with CEO to develop strategic marketing plans (offline + online) to ensure successful launches of new collections.
Product Marketing & Visual Merchandising:
- Effectively orchestrates maintenance and development of existing line for categories. Implement marketing calendar and 360 programs, adapt brand marketing calendar to meet market needs, develop and guide execution of applied marketing strategies to maximize sales, profitability and market share.
- Recommend for new product launch strategy based on brand focus and sales analysis.
- Plan and manage launch calendar, support calendar and adapts international positioning and concept to fit the market and develops points of difference vis-à-vis competition.
- Develop plans for for Visual Merchandising to be in line with Marketing Calendar, well implemented and in line with brand guidelines.
- Build and implement marketing promotion and special events to create consumer engagement via marketing in order to growth customer and sales.
- Manage price increase recommendations for existing product lines on an annual/semi-annual basis.
Event & Promotion Management:
- Plan and oversees the event setup based on the Marketing Calendar and business needs of the brand.
- Manage and control event expenses to keep within brand’s allocated budget.
- Develop monthly promotion plan and promotion artworks in accordance with offline retail promotion
- Tracking & reporting for all the e-commercial campaign
Leadership & Operational Effectiveness:
- Provides leadership, guidance and management of marketing team and ensures coaching and seamless management and execution of marketing-operation related tasks, but not limited to, systems, marketing tools & processes
- Proposes business process improvements which focuses on spending effectiveness and efficiency of marketing operations and budgets
- Develop and recommend marketing strategies and working closely with Retail Operations on sales forecast to meet business goals.
- Prepare and update marketing calendars to ensure consistency with brand’s strategic direction.
- Analyze market trends and competitors by tracking new products and market development.
- Ensure that brand equity is properly maintained within the Brand and company guidelines in terms of image and style.
- Ensure clarity and uniformity of all forms of communication to consumers.
- Liaise with retail partners and third parties on all above and below the line media.
- Establish and ensure a strong platform for CRM Programs.
- Maintain and keep track of all expenses for marketing activities to ensure cost effectiveness.
- Create and manage both printed and electronically created direct mail campaigns.
- Establish contacts for workshop and special events.
- Manage A&P Budget / Variance from Budget planning process.
- Work with CEO to determine new product pricing strategies.
- Responsible for forecasting promotional materials in coordination with CEO.
- Reviews monthly brand data and budget results with Finance and CEO to proactively remedy potential problems.
- Responsible of Excellent Execution of all marketing plans.
- Responsible of Excellent Execution of visual merchandising.
- Manage the ROI of all marketing campaign and deliver business objective
- Manage the usage of Collateral, tester, GWP in alignment with budget and ensure to deliver business objective

- Education: Diploma in Marketing
- Job-Related Skills: Proven exceptional ability in marketing, communication, PR/media, online/ digital, organizational skills, partnership/ collaborations.
- Job-Related Experience: Three years of relevant working experience.
- Analytical/Interpretive Skills: Analyzing data and building marketing plans/calendar.
- Communication Skills: Proven ability to present, persuade different stakeholders;
- Ingenuity/ Creativity Skills: Demonstrate ability to develop creative, effective, measurable marketing initiatives
- Good communication skills and fluent in both written and oral English.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills.
