- Develop media relations strategy
- Offer insightful advice and recommendations to clients and team regarding PR, influencer and social media opportunities
- Generate ideas, develop content and proofread communication materials in both English and Vietnamese
- Participate in new business pitches and establish EloQ as an invaluable long-term partner for marketing and communications services to clients
- Mentor, manage and supervise members of the PR & Communications team
- Plan for team development and training
- Lead and coordinate with team to proceed the projects and ensure high performance
- Measure and report performance of campaigns to two partners of the company
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 2 years (for supervisor) or 4 years (for manager) of experience in a similar position; strong preference given to a candidate with agency experience
- Strong writing skills and oral communication skills
- Above-average English fluency (IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent)
- Ability to lead a team of PR professionals
- A journalism, communications or marketing related university degree
- Understanding of client business issues and requirements
- Ability to delegate effectively
- Calmness under pressure and ability to achieve tight deadlines
