- Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; research and analyze sales options.
- Research to gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
- Create detailed proposal documents and contracts as part of formal proposal process.
- Maintain accuracy on all records and tracking progress with clients.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standard
Yêu cầu công việc
- 1+ year experience in sales;
- Must be able to communicate in English (speaking/ writing);
- The ability and desire to sell;
- Excellent communication skills;
- A positive, confident and determined approach;
- Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
