Tuyển Chuyên Viên Phát Triển Kinh Doanh (Sales Executive)
Mô tả công việc
• Maintain and develop sales volume both domestic and export; Develop new business opportunities from new market segments, existing clients and renewals.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients to ensure continuous business growth and ability to negotiate and create win-win situations.
• Produce regular sales forecast; draw variances analysis and propose follow-up action.
• Understand features, advantages, disadvantages of the products & services as well as competitors’ one.
• Contact with customers and record all customers’ information in the report of customer’s information.
• Co-operate with sales admin to prepare contract, quotation, service executive form, check list,… to get customers.
• Planning for week work, month for approval and comply with the approved plans.
Receive and handle complaints from customers regarding to product quality, delivery time, etc...
• Coordinate with related department to ensure timely goods delivery and claim solving.
• Contact clients to ascertain the client’s satisfaction with the service.
• Respond to termination notices & follow up the process of contact’s liquidation.
• Set up and conduct a regular client visitation cycle.
• Management of debt collection system and program to ensure low level of outstanding debt ratio.
• Other tasks are required by Line Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Vietnamese with University Degree or College Diploma holder in Business Administration or Sales/Marketing. Applicants with food Science background preferred.
• At least 2 - 3 years in successful experience in the sales.
• Proficient in MS Office - Excel, Words & PowerPoint.
• Leadership, initiative and self-discipline is a must.
• Fluent in English, Chinese is preferred.
• Able to multi-task and work under tight timelines, independently, with and without supervision.
• Must be able to manage independently, with and without supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work under stress, flexible, positive attitude, reliable, strong sense of responsibilities.
