- Prepare, proceed, review and monitor various documents such as contracts and other documents
- Contact current and prospective customers to sell and explain products, perform account rounding and solicit new business within the market areas
- Prepare and present proposals and quotes and recommends products based on customer needs
- Assist customers and arranges payment terms in accordance with established guidelines
- Perform in a manner that will prevent errors and omissions
- Collect blacklisted accounts on agency-billed policies
- Prepare and calculate product sales, invoicing, commissions and other accounting-related functions
- Create and maintains computer files and suspense for follow-up action
- Provide advisory support and assistance to the department supervisor as needed
- Provides administrative assistance and support
- Act as a customer support liaison for delivery scheduling, complaints, order writing and repairs
- Quote pricing to customers for new and existing products
- Provide product, service or equipment, technical and engineering information to customers by answering questions and requests for schedules and pricing via written correspondence and telephone contact
- Prepare worksheets for cost accounting by analyzing blueprints, plans and related customer documents
- Proceed orders for company products by collaborating with sales team
- Prepare repair station reports, quotations, warranty explanations and answers by collecting, analyzing and summarizing sales information
- Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned

Yêu cầu công việc

- Age: over 23 year olds with at least 2 years’ experience in customer service field
- Education: Bachelor Degree in related field
- Proactive & adaptive
- Good in coaching and teamwork
- Mature and be able to work independently

- Creativity, Deployment & Execution
- Comfortable on travelling nationwide
- Good command of written and spoken English (advantage)
