1. Daily office affairs:
- In charge of foreign affairs, including Visa applications, renewal, cancellation, work permits, etc.
- Coordinate to manage local transportation, air ticket, hotel reservations, etc.
- Contract company / agreement management, legal advice coordinated if needed.
- Canteen management, shuttle bus, stationery, security guards.
- Daily paper work. (Orders, cost requests, price quotes, deals).
- Follow up Manager’s agenda, meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Support other activities/jobs as required by the manager
2. Environment management:
- To supervise cleaning supplier to keep inside & outside of the company always clean and tidy.
- Follow-up the issues related to ISO system.
- To make report and submit to authority periodically as required.
3. Other tasks arranged by HR & Admin Manager from time to time.

2. Resources of resolving problems and finding solutions:
Word, Excel, E-mail, Internet, Power Point, Outlook, Telephone, Skype.
3. Process involved:
Communicate with internal or external to proceed the Admin issues.
Preparation for guests visit.
4. Experience Required:
- 1 year+ related working experience
- Good communication skill
- Hard working, good attitude, good team player
- Willing to study new thing, can work under high pressure.
5. Knowledge’s Skills And Abilities:
- Excellent English both in Oral and Written English.
- Good knowledge of filing
- Good Sociable etiquette
- Computer literacy with particular experience in Word, Excel and Power Point is required.
University degree in English, Business Management or Law.
