*Reports to: CEO
*Location: Headquarter in Ho Chi Minh City,

*Purpose of the Role:
- Provide a high level of collaborative professional support to CEO and Board of Management with particular emphasis on translations and filing of incoming and outgoing correspondence to ensure records are held centrally of all
- Manage logistics, timelines, and calendar to ensure the most effective use of the executive’s attention and focus
- Assist in preparation of presentation packs for and organizing the agenda of board meetings and production of subsequent minutes of meetings
- Serve as project manager on initiatives; executing high-priority deliverables for the executives, tracking deadlines and ensuring all parties are aware of due dates
- Prepare communications, reports, projects, presentations, and other documents for internal and external use
- Ensure to complete all the formalities and reports related to human resources management to government offices as legal requirement
- Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized, comprehensive recruitment process and effective resources budget management

*Specific Responsibilities:
- Support the CEO for daily operational duties
- Join regular executive team meetings and ensure minutes are accurate and followed up
- Assist managers with board meeting reports
- Take direct involvement in reporting functions for finance and operations
- Translate and manage copies of customer correspondence
- Ensure safe management and storage of all such documentation both hard and soft copies
- With extreme level of confidentiality interface between local staff and CEO issues
- Manage stationary ordering and stocks
- Notifications of anniversaries, holidays and leave for staff
- Support CFO for HR with payroll issues, time sheets, leave, Union Fund, Social Insurance
- Arrange travel for local staff, CEO and approved visitors
- Source candidates and arrange interviews
- Manage and keep safe all staff contracts and salary details with Job Descriptions and KPIs
- Continue to rework company processes as required by CEO.

Yêu cầu công việc

*Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or higher degree of business administration or other degree with equivalent work experience
- Having 3+ years’ experience in HR management and execute administrative support
- Experience in developing process and procedure, dispute resolution and the normal HR (3Rs): Recruitment, Reward and Retention
- Having had experience with an international company and knowledge of international cultures
- Good working knowledge of Vietnamese labor law
- Achieved at least C Level or advanced level in written and oral English skills

- A keen sense of urgency, adaptability, and accountability to strive for excellence in high pressure situations
- 100% transparent communicator to the CEO and BoM and full discretion of all staff related HR issues is expected at all times
- Ability to negotiate and pursue results
- Ability to manage crisis and conflict in the workplace
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to support and make decisions and deliver within required time scale
- Demonstrated high level of responsiveness in communication with employees of all levels and other external constituents
