1. Organize and maintain personnel records
2. Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
3. Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
4. Revise company policies
5. Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
6. Answer employee queries about HR-related issues
7. Labor report to Government
8. Wages scale registration with Government
9. Leave record
10. Monthly timesheet and Payroll calculation
11. PIT report and yearly finalization
12. Social insurance registration for new & resigned staffs
13. Labor contract preparation
14. Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms, other admin works as request
15. Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)
16. Recruitment (F&B field is an advantage)
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Time management and dynamic
2. Positive thinking and supportive
3. Have experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role
4. Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
5. Thorough knowledge of labor laws
6. Organizational skills
7. Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
8. BS in Human Resources or relevant field
9. Fluent in English is an advantage
