PURPOSE OF ROLE:
- As HR Manager, you will be responsible for provide the HR consultative services to leaders on key strategies for recruitting, organization development, C&B to reach the business’ goal of group.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set up HR Processes, regulations; and develop HR policies/activities/benefit and compensation to meet the short and long term of business’ goal
- Be responsible full spectrum of recruitment, training & development, payroll, and internal communications/Employee’s entertainment activities
- Play a role as advisor for BODs, leaders on the matter of recruitment practise, successor planning, monitoring performance appraisal/management
- Be a project leader of building KPI, Competencies and coordinate review session of montly Balance Score Card
- Ensure compliance of HR process/policy of Subsidaries/Joint Venture
- Be responsible for HR team performance
- Other task assigned by Grou CEO from time to time according to Business’ goal
Yêu cầu công việc
- BA Degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration
- At four-year experience in HR general and two-year experience as role of supervisor/manager
- Strong communication in English and Vietnamese
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Confidential; self-learner and can-do attitude
- Business awareness
