Mô tả công việc
• Fully responsible for C&B tasks (Labor contract, Payroll, Benefits, employee database)
• Update employee database daily
• Prepare monthly payroll accurately and timely
• Handle all employee insurance issues
• Complete quarterly personal income tax declaration for employees and report to tax dept.
• Implement HR policy & procedures
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are upto date in line with current employment law.
• In charge of recruitment: job posting, candidate application and candidate screening, handle procedures related to welcoming new employees, working with Headhunter on recruitment to find Manager positions or more.
• Regularly update latest regulations on Labor Law.
• Supporting the Head, BOD to solve issues related to Human Resources.
• In charge of other jobs: Labor report for the first 6 months and the end of the year, payroll scale, registration of labor regulations ...
Yêu cầu công việc
• Female/Male(27 – 35 year old)
• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 2 year experience in HR C&B
• Have good knowledge of labor law and tax law
• Good English in verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Ability to self-motivate
• Good attitude and team work
• Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline and to handle multiple tasks
• Good interpersonal skills
