• Joining in receiving recruitment needs of departments in the Company, making recruitment plans, coordinating and responsible for organizing the implementation of the plans.
• Ensuring the process of recruiting candidates from the time of interview until officially accepted. Complete procedures for accepting jobs for new employees.
• Implementing the tasks of human resource management including monitoring human resource developments, drafting personnel administrative documents and general administration.
• Updating recruitment report files, training, personnel status reports.
• Keeping records of related documents.
• Building recruitment process, employee management, company rules,…
• Attendance, payroll, social insurance, union,…
• Preparing and submitting all relevant decision, personnel assessment,…
• Managing import and export assets, company stationery.
• Other tasks as required by the Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Male/Female from 25 to 30 years old, minimum of a Bachelor degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR executive.
• Should have advance verbal and written communication skills in English, IETLS 5.5 at least. Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Power Point.
• Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, employee relations, employee engagement.
• Be careful, arrange a time and work to keep pace with high pressure.
