Tuyển Dụng Legal Manager

• Report to External Affairs Director, Legal Manager provides advice management on legal implications of internal policies and takes responsibility for company’ business activities consistent with applicable laws.

Main responsibilities:

• Independently review, interpret, evaluate and analyze relevant laws and regulations for UIP and provide recommendations to Management;
• Evaluate and analyze legal risks, provide assessment and possible solution/ recommendation to Management;
• Review/ prepare and support in major contract negotiations regarding to law in line with UIP policies and procedures;
• Register and protect Trademarks/ Intellectual Properties Right for UIP's products in Vietnam;
• Manage files, renew and register company's licenses as necessary for proper use of the company;
• Assist and coordinate projects, acquisitions, strateic alliances, co-marketing and co-promotion agreements in co-operation with Corporate Legal;
• Provide strategic input and co-ordinate international legal working groups handling regional and affiliate projects;
• Provide oversights and strategic direction on all litigation matters, disputes and arbitrations.
