Mô tả công việc
- Facilities: Procurement, facility management, fixed assets & repairs (laptop, printer, air conditioning, office license, ...), order stationery, water, ink, mobi card, .. follow purchase process and compliant with company policy.
- Prepare procedures for staff including: check claim form of staff & send to insurance company, contact for VISA information, book Hotel, air ticket for business trip
- Documents: Monitor and manage Business licenses resignation, create and edit administrative documents, support documents for project & follow to recollect
- Irregular Tasks: support team in organizing events (Children's Festival (01st June), International Women's Day (08th March), Year-end party, …), other tasks as assigned.
