Mô tả công việc
a. Perform executive search for specialist & senior levels;
b. In charge of full Hiring process of handling vacancies;
c. Multiple approach relevant channels to enhance sourcing to speed up interview process
d. Provide candidates bunch of Tiki information which include stakeholders expectation, interview process to ensure they know clearly about what we need
2. Stakeholder managements:
a. Directly work with stakeholder to provide sufficient communication during hiring process;
b. Consult stakeholders regarding candidate, market practice & info;
c. Able to coach stakeholders about best way to do recruitment.
3. Team coaching:
a. Deploy consultancy model to the team;
b. Coach team member about interviewing, sourcing, managing stakeholders & necessary skillset to finish their job;
c. Provide necessary support/advice to each team member
4. TA projects:
a. Plan & execute employer branding activities;
b. Learn, collect data & giving continuous ideas to improve TA processes;
c. Strategize people planning, evaluate & build up proper framework for team development.
a. Other strategic tasks may assign from direct manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Good English communication;
• Strong experience in executive hiring & team mentoring;
• Highly proficient in Microsoft office, especially data analysis;
• Practical, fast & flexible;
• High proficient skills in managing stakeholder;
• Good planning & organizational skills;
• Good business sense.
