MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

  • Identify potential clients, build relationships with new potential customers
  • Attain revenue and gross profit target, acquire new potential accounts through outdoor sales to potential customers to meet and exceed revenue targets set per KPIs cascaded down

KEY ACCOUNTABLITIES:

  • Responsible for secure and maintain new business
  • Meet and exceed target set in terms of contribute and generate revenue for the department.
  • Contribute to improvements in the best practices in sales and strategic approaches to an account
  • Provide responsive customer service and resolving client issues quickly and efficiently
  • Make sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Negotiate selling rates with clients as per price guidelines given, looking to maximize profits
  • Regularly visit existing accounts validating our service levels and develop new revenue streams.
  • Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support Customer Service and work closely with Operations and Documentation on the execution of customer service contracts.
  • Assimilate market information and take part in the overall business development through weekly/ monthly sales meetings.
Yêu cầu công việc

Education background:

  • Bachelor of in Business Administration/ Economics/ Foreign trade or Marketing/ SeaTransport Economics.

Experience:

  • 3 years of workingin field of business development / Economics at logistics industry.

Professional Skill:

  • Knowledge of economics, trade
  • Knowledge in Logistics field, supply chain management
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise

Soft Skill:

  • Excellent Communication in both VietnameseandEnglish
  • Problem solving and decision making skills
  • Negotiatingskill
