  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for C2C and business units; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Implement sales programs by developing field sales/tele-sales action plans.
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Contribute to the development of ChoTot product portfolio, using a clear roadmap for business acquisition and customer maintenance.
  • Complete sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  • Identify key areas for improvement in the sales process.
  • Maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Maintain sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Develop long-term client relationship programs.
  • Support and fulfill client requirements, by identifying where Chotot products can add value.
  • Manage all aspects of client accounts including budgeting and finances.
  • Maintain and develop the existing client base, in addition to building new clients.
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Previous experiences as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors.
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Comfortable with numbers, and able to draw insights and make decisions from Big Data.
  • An organized individual with good management and leadership skills.
  • Dedicated and enthusiastic towards work.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of technology.
