* Hành Chính/ General affair
- Keeping in touch with Government officer for Investement and other cerificates. Being in charge of Apllication for visa Residence card
- Taking care of benefit for staffs such as periodical checking up; uniform, safe tools; mariage, maternity,visiting to express sympathy TET present,.
- Arrangement of hotel, air ticket bookinng for Board of management
- Supporting for foreigner that comes the company
- By request of the company, issuing of annoucement and supervising
- Performing of activities relaring to environment protection
- By request of the company, managing of office tool purchasing
- Supervising and managing of srrvices contracts for officice equipment, rental car, advertisement
- Suggesting and planning of company tour, Year-end party, Establshment date of company
* Nhân Sự/ HR:
- By request of the company, making tasks of contents of HR & Admin & executing them
- Basing the labor law of Vietnam, dicussinng with appointed consulting company to build the
- Company regulation and prevailing to staffs
- Supervising and managing of benefit & responsibility for staffs
- Cooperating with other departments, making JD for staff's position
- In order to retail employment of the company, Director's instruction & cooperating with other
- Department to holding recruitement
- Basing business policy of the company, organizing and managing Human resource structure
- Suggesting of board of management about salary, allowance, benefit
- Managing of labor renewal contract and making processes of quitting
- Report of Vietnamese staffs' monthly personal income tax
- Being in charge of registration of insurance producements
- Basing company's regulation, making sure of periodical evaluation for staffs of department
- Basing on the compnay's regulation, suggesting and carrying out of violation of staffs
- Suggesting to promote for staff thay has excellent achievement & performance
- Managing of saffs' data and documents
- Following staffs' attendance, paid vacation, outing leave
Yêu cầu công việc
- Fluent communication skills in English
- 3 ~ 5 years of HR experience with a bachelor degree
(in management, or HR; 2+ year experience in global company preferred)
- Advanced knowledge in MS Excel, Outlook
- Proactive and skilled in the communicative ability for cooperation and teamwork.
- Knowledge of labour laws and relevant laws
- Having professional ethics, careful work, high sense of responsibility, ability to communicate well, able to coordinate and teamwork spirit;
- Thời gian làm việc: From Monday - Friday: 9.00AM - 6PM (OFF Saturday & Sunday)
