- Area: A&F
- Section: Human Resources
- Hierarquical supervisor: AF manager
- Funtional Supervisor: Corporate HR Director
- Hierarquical Level: Technician
Mission: Control the functions of HR in order to create a healthy working environment, cost saving and growth of the company, Assure the right develop of all workers in the company
Time Office Management
- Responsible for maintaining the attendance record of Employees
- Follow the workers assistance and extra hours of workers
- Manage annual leave, sick leave of employees
Recruitment Process
- Responsible for the recruitment process (Review CV, Publish work offers...)
- Responsible for preparation of offer letter, joining formalities, working agreement and induction of employees.
- Contact with local personnel providers
- Negotiate deals with local providers
- Mare reports above recruitmet process
- Make and controll the contracts signed by employees
Payroll Processing
- Computation, preparation and processing of the monthly payroll
- Coordinate with the bank for opening the salary account of every new employee and make sure the timely transfer of salaries in all salaries account.
- Tax discounts and related payments
- Preparation of PIT tax report
- Control and archive labor documents
- Assure that the company comply with the labour code law
- Registration procedure of labour to comply labour and tax law (new employees, leaving employees, dependent registration...)
- Implement compulsory insurance; labour Agreement and regulations, salary scheme then register to the relevant authorities.
- Reconciliation of SI, HI and UI with Social Insurance Department periodically
Legal Compliances
- Ensuring compliances of all the statutory regulations, including regularly reports
- Responsible for inspection of labour department.
- Responsible for processing the withdrawal requests of the Vietnam government
- Handling the issues and replying to the notices from Labour Department
- Manage the health and safety area
- Work with external agencies such as the Social Insurance Agency, Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, Department of Labour, tax, notary office ...
Administration
- Responsible for all the administrative activities and hospitility like house keeping, transportation, civil contractor, arranging and coordinate with hotels, etc.
- Responsible for VISA, work permit and facilities for corporate personnel & guests
WORKING PLACE: Phuc Long Industrial Park, Long Hiep Commune, Ben Luc District, Long An Province, Vietnam
TRANSPORT : Self Moving
WORKING TIME: From Monday to Saturday from 08:00 am to 17:00 pm

- Graduated from University – specialized in HR / Administration / English
- At least 3 years HR experience in industrial environments
- Recruitment & C&B experience is preferable
- Required knowledge: Factory Act ,Payroll Management ,Recruiting & Selection process, Performance evaluation, labor survey, health and safety, labor law
- Good in English
- Know Excel, Office
Workplace: Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City
