Mô tả công việc
- Be responsible for the full-cycle of recruitment activities
- Be in charge of conducting induction and orientation to new hires
- Arrange all documents needed to welcome newcomer/ handle exit clearance to resigned employees
- Collect monthly payroll data including attendance sheet, overtime records and do the payroll to process payment to employees
- Take care of submitting the necessary reports to Labor, SHUI, PIT, etc. to relevant authorities
- Cooperate with Line Managers centers to conduct the employee performance review
- Coordinate to build salary frame, carry out registering salary level with local authorizes (if require)
- Support and coordinate to organize company events
- Observe and manage the administrative operation for all centers
- Purchase the necessary stationeries, water, etc. (if require) and support to follow monthly expenses
- Report all HR issues and activities to the Line Manager
- Other tasks to be assigned by Line Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, English, Law, or related fields
- At least three (03) years of experience working at the same position
- Good at English, strong at recruitment
- Self - motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Honest, detailed, patient, supportive, and can - do attitude
- Time - management skills.
