1. HR:
- Recruitment planning and reporting to management (job description, posting, CVs, interview, offering, termination)
- Update Staffs list.
- Following up daily attendance tracking + annual leave + OT + late coming of staffs
- Checking timesheet.
- Handle all task related to Insurance job: calculate insurance payable & union fee (SHUI – PIT)
- Insurance document for sickness, maternity, extending medical insurance card
- Making document to close the insurance book for all members in our company.
- Following up the labor contract, update employee information.
2. Admin:
- Follow and buy stationary, water, pantry… in office.
- Payment: Rent in office, electronic, courier,…
- Contact suppliers to extend visa, book air ticket, hotel,… for expats staffs.
- Other assignments as requested from BODs.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 2-3 years experiences relevant understanding/experience in HR General / HR Operations.
- Good command of English.
- Good skills of computers & Microsoft Office.
- Well organized and detailed, able to work under high pressure.
- Be a team player, detailed and accurate
- Be dependable and truthful
- Be motivated and dedicated
- Hard-working and high responsibility spirit.
- Have strong organizational, grammar and communication skills
