Tuyển mới HR Executive
Mô tả công việc
- Recruitment process: compose JD, post job, shortlist, arrange the interview, send offer letter, welcome new staff
- Keeping employee record and track expiration date of document (labor contract/MSIG insurance…) to renew
- To perform C&B tasks: make payroll, prepare document to claim allowance from Insurance Department, PIT
- Administering salary scale, set yearly budget and advise to General Director on remuneration issues, including promotion and benefit.
- Carrying out annual staff performance evaluation, analyzing result and reporting to General Director
- Coordinate with Department Manager to analyze training needs and make training plan
- Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, disciplinary procedures and absence management.
- Interpreting and advising the General Director on employment law and related regulations
- Formulating and registering company’s Company regulation to Labor Department
- Processing administrative procedure relating to foreign staff (Visa, work permit).
- Managing PC and license
- Other tasks and duties will be discussed in the Interview.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated University
- At least 3 years of experience in HR field
- Have to at least 01 year of working experience at Japanase company
- Good knowledge of Labor Law
- Responsible, positive attitude and quickly action at work
- English: Intermediate
- Working location: Dist 3, HCMC
