Mô tả công việc
- Training & Development: Define, plan & organize all relevant training programs including new hire orientation, company policy & regulations, soft skill & workplace ethics training;
- Internal events: organize monthly staff meetings, quarterly team events, team building, year-end party, company trip, etc;
- Employee Engagement: Develop & organize programs to engage & motivate employees;
- Compliance: Keep track and control the maximum working hour & OT hour of employees to ensure compliance with local labor law & regulations; Ensure ethical policy & code of conduct being complied strictly by the team.
- Monitor recruitment process to identify and work out optimal solutions to recruit talent in timely and cost effective manner;
- Assist other tasks as assigned by Direct Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor Degree
- A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in training & development, employee relations, employee engagement
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong communication skill and collaborative management
- Good interpersonal, supervisory skills and presentation skill
- Microsoft office products, including Excel and Word
*Note:
● Working time: 07:00 - 16:00, Mon - Fri
● Working Location: Saigon Hi-Tech Park, District 9, HCMC
● The shuttle bus is provided from the center of city
