Mô tả công việc
- Managing and monitoring all legal activities of the company;
- Reviewing and preparing company legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and documents issued by the Company;
- On behalf of the company (under authorization and assignment), carrying out legal procedures in the process of complaints, disputes and related legal proceedings;
- Advising and consulting the company on legal issues not only settlement of claims but also all types of contracts (such as labor contracts, agency contracts, brokerage contract, lease contract, etc.)
- Conducting due diligence, submitting a defense or participating in hearings of litigation related to the company or a lawsuit by the company
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 5 years of experience working in the same positions
- Priority is given to candidates with experience working in finance
- Fluency in English or Chinese
