Mô tả công việc
• Acquire & maintain complete knowledge of the Company range of products & services (Via Company training & self-training).
• Up-to-date and report to his/her superior the information market research regarding customers’ feedbacks, market development & potential, competition,… which may affect the Company development & services.
• Strictly follow the scheduled Call Plan to assure the customers are frequently visited.
• Be committed to contribute and achieve total business target.
• Prepare working tools and materials before visiting customers, to optimize the time effectiveness for each call.
• Look for new customers or new territory to extend business.
• Create, maintain and develop relationships with customers/partners, internal departments.
• Maintain & develop good report with all related departments, Customers, Principals’ employees.
• Update customer database and inform to his/her superior and concerned department for rectification of data on this system.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Colleague above.
• At least 1 year experience working as Business Consultant.
• Communication and customer care skills.
• English (Basic -reading).
• Computer skills (Basic).
• Understand pharmaceutical market.
• Product knowledge.
• Integrity.
• Hardworking and enthusiasm.
• Willing to learn.
